missingWrote a review on Dec 08comfortable bedsspacious areaconvenient locationcleanliness issues
The room had a decent setup with a spacious area to relax. Comfortable beds made resting easy after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient for getting to attractions nearby. However, the breakfast options were disappointing. the juice machine was broken, and the waffle mix was too watery. The cleanliness wasn't up to par either. the shower had soap residue, and some areas seemed neglected. A staff member's friendly demeanor helped ease the experience, but the housekeeping needed improvement to ensure the room met expectations.

Fumes filled the lobby from pest control treatments!!! Pillows missing off the bed!!! Not ready for check-in at 4:30 PM, and the TV malfunctioned the entire stay!!!

i was really looking forward to my stay, but alas, the room was filthy with dirty sheets and spider webs, absolutely disgusting! and no one bothered to listen when i called about the tv not working. honestly, after all this, i expected at least a complimentary drink or an upgrade, but guess they don’t care about their guests. just couldn’t recommend this place!

missingWrote a review on Nov 16dirty conditions
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The tub and floor had layers of dirt, and spider webs were hanging from the ceiling. Our attempts to use the pool were cut short due to the dirty conditions leading to it. Additionally, the bed was worn down, with noticeable sagging, and we experienced significant delays in getting hot water, which never really warmed up. This certainly impacted our stay negatively.

During my stay as a couple, we discovered some hidden gems nearby like Greek N Greek and Botanas Premier Mexican Restaurant, both a short drive away and serving up some seriously delicious local flavors. The cured meats we tried at the local deli were just mouthwatering, turning lunch into a culinary fiesta!
Checking in was an adventure in itself—arriving at 9:45 PM, I had to navigate through darkness with no lobby lights. There was no soap in the shower, and my call for help seemed to vanish into thin air. I felt like more of a nuisance than a guest, which honestly left me wanting more.

average stay, but decent room
The queen room was spacious, with comfortable beds and clean linens that helped us rest well. The hotel staff were friendly, making check-in smooth and quick. The location was convenient, close to many attractions which made our family outings easy. I also enjoyed the well-maintained pool area that offered a nice place to relax after a busy day.
The breakfast options were quite disappointing, particularly the burnt waffles that were not appetizing.

Avoid at All Costs, Stay Somewhere Else!
The room fell short of our expectations—advertised as new, yet we were placed in a rundown building. Stale odor and broken curtains added to the disappointment. With children in tow, safety was a priority, and we felt uncomfortable staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere.
